Good questions.
Is the website really free?
Yes. We design and build your website for free – there’s no upfront cost. You just pay for the care plan that keeps it online, secure and up to date.
What’s included in the care plan?
Basic hosting, monthly backups, security monitoring, software & content updates and ongoing support. Monthly and yearly plans include exactly the same care.
What’s the difference between monthly and yearly?
Only how you pay. Monthly is £7.99 a month. Yearly is £79.90 a year – 12 months for the price of 10, which works out at £6.66 a month.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. If you already own a domain, we’ll use it. If not, we can register one for you from £19.99 a year.
Do I own my website?
Yes. If you ever decide to cancel hosting, we’ll give you a full copy of your website files so you can move it elsewhere.
Which hosting do I need?
Basic hosting is included in the care plan and suits most small business sites. Busier sites can add Business or Pro hosting. Compare hosting plans.
